After that check the service status, the service is started or not if not then click on start and then you have to click on ok. Now double click on windows update service that is in the services window. After that again click on start up type from the general tab and then check service is started or not if not then click on start and then click on ok. After then double click on software licensing and that is in the services window and then check sure that the automatic is selected or not in the general tab. And then check service status is started or not. If not then start it and then close the all services window and try to update windows again.
